This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-end bespoke company that specialises in sustainability and environmentally aware builds, from design through to finished building.

You will have solid experience as a Construction Project Manager, covering:

  • Quoting
  • Client communication
  • Overseeing up to 3 projects at a time

You will work closely with the site Foreman and a team of in-house craftsmen and tradespeople, as well as some sub-contractors, to ensure that projects are running on time and as per plan and cost.

Ideally, you will have been hands-on in a trade yourself, having worked up to managing contracts, understanding regulations and compliance, preferably with an MCIB qualification, with high values and ethos in your work and approach.

This role will involve working alongside the MD, helping to build the company and benefiting from profit share, vehicle (after probation), and being highly involved in the company.
