Senior Supply Chain Manager Pyroban is part of Cognesense, a global organisation delivering industry‑leading solutions that measure, monitor and protect equipment operating in hazardous environments. We provide explosion‑protection systems for the materials‑handling and oil and gas industries. We’re looking for an exceptional, internationally experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager with a background in manufacturing and/or engineering to define and deliver our end‑to‑end supply chain strategy across purchasing, logistics, inventory and supplier development. This role leads the full supply chain function, shaping a scalable and resilient model that supports business growth and international expansion, with travel required for project work. As Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will set and deliver supply chain strategy, lead and develop the Purchasing Manager and Stores & Logistics Supervisor, build global supply capability, drive performance across cost, service, quality and inventory, and strengthen systems, processes, ERP/MRP use and risk management. You will bring senior supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering, proven ability to deliver supply chain strategy, experience developing international supply chains (ideally including India), strong leadership capability, a track record of cost and supplier performance improvement, and commercial acumen with strategic budget ownership. Desirable experience includes regulated or safety‑critical industries, CIPS/APICS/CSCP, and a Lean/CI background.
