As a QHSE Compliance Engineer, you will support QHSE programmes by implementing policies, conducting audits, managing records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also deploy QHSE management principles such as Continuous Improvement (CI), Risk Assessments, SFMEA, SSoW, and PDCA throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day QHSE activities and provide proactive support.
- Implement, review, and update QHSE policies and procedures.
- Manage Non-Conformance processes and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits.
- Develop and deliver QHSE training programs.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate QHSE information and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or HND in engineering or science-based program.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Experience in Quality Management System coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and planning skills for managing multiple activities.
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management approach.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with ATEX and/or IEC Ex products.
- Exposure to CE marking and technical construction files.
