Your New Employer:

Industry-leading contractor specialising in Cladding and Remediation works has a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to help deliver one of a number of new contract awards. The organisation has had a major presence in the Scottish market for several years and this rare position has been created due to the ongoing growth of the business in Glasgow. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.
  • Experience of working to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
  • Keeping site records and registers up to date.
  • Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.
  • Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.
  • Quality Control.
  • Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.
  • Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.

Key Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager.
  • Social housing regeneration experience.
  • A confident and articulate communicator.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
