We have been engaged by a leading Civil Engineering sub-contractor who, due to a period of sustained growth, have a requirement for an additional Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The business primarily delivers groundworks packages, ranging in value, for some of the countries’ most revered housebuilders & commercial builders.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering setting-out works on ongoing contracts, ensuring that they operate within cost, productivity, quality and health, safety and environment targets.
- Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness related to the works.
- Assuring that all work is carried out to company safety, environmental, and quality standards and regularly communicating with staff and operatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of groundworks.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
