Your New Employer:
Award-winning residential builder with an enviable reputation in the market and a low staff turnover. Due to several new sites breaking ground in the coming months, they have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their operations team on a permanent basis.
Your New Role:
You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build residential flatted development in Glasgow. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager with extensive flatted development new build experience for a leading housebuilder or commercial building contractor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.
- Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.
- Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
- Keeping site records and registers up to date.
- Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.
- Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.
- Quality Control.
- Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.
- Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.
Key Criteria:
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager delivering flatted developments.
- Trade background or Construction Management Degree.
- All applicants must live within commuting distance of the advertised location.
- Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
