We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to support our team. You will have proven experience in property management, preferably within residential lettings.
Your duties will include:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance.
- Manage new Residential & Commercial lettings, including move-in inspections.
- Drafting inventories and maintaining weekly lists.
- Oversee move-out inspections and handle tenancy renewals.
- Coordinate and instruct all maintenance works.
- Ensure properties adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Perform general property administration tasks, including arrears chasing and account management.
- Day-to-day management of residential blocks including S20 consultation & works.
- Maintain residential tenancy schedules including undertaking rent reviews and tenancy renewals.
- Ensure all post-completion lists are concluded.
As a Property Manager, you will have the following key skills:
- Full driving licence and access to own car (expenses & mileage payable).
- Ambition to grow and develop within the role, with incentives available for expanding this sector of our business.
- Proven track record within property management.
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation.
