My client is a market leading, specialist interior design business based in South Manchester. They are looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator who enjoys multitasking and working in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have some previous experience managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and dealing with key stakeholders. The position would suit candidates from an Account Management, Events or Luxury Sales background.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with clients and updating on project progress
- Managing projects ensuring all tasks are completed within specific timeframes
- Ensure that orders are processed on time
- Compile presentations and provide quotes for clients
- Complete all administrative tasks for each project
