A fast-paced Property Buy and Sell company are looking for an experienced sales progressor to join their team in their newly appointed York office. This will be a permanent position, working independently on a portfolio of purchases and tracking their progression from start to end.

This job is ideal for a Property or Lettings sales progressor with a good knowledge of the industry. The company is fast growing and the potential for progression is high – you’ll be joining the company in a real turning point for them, which gives you the chance to grow and expand your job role as the team does.

  • Manage a large pipeline of property purchases
  • Work closely with external solicitors and mortgage brokers to see through completions as quickly as possible
  • Proactive reporting on the progression of deals
  • Maintain regular contact with the client who is in the process of purchasing a property
  • Re-marketing any property that requires, managing the process from launch to offer
  • Regularly report to the company Directors

Job skills required:

  • Previous sales progression experience
  • Knowledge of the legal process for purchasing property
  • An understanding of the mortgage application process
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and pro-active
