Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an experienced Property Manager to support their team. You will have proven experience in property management preferably within residential lettings and available for an immediate start.

As a Property Manager your duties will include:

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance
  • Manage new Residential & Commercial lettings, including move-in inspections
  • Drafting inventories including maintaining weekly lists
  • Oversee move-out inspections and handle tenancy renewals
  • Coordinate and instruct all maintenance works
  • Ensure properties adhere to all regulatory requirements
  • Perform general property administration tasks, including arrears chasing and account management
  • Day to Day management residential blocks including S20 consultation & works
  • Maintain residential tenancy schedules including undertaking rent reviews and tenancy renewals
  • Ensure all post completion lists are concluded

As a Property Manager you will have the following key skills:

  • Full driving licence and access to own car (expenses & mileage payable)
  • Ambition to grow and develop within the role, with incentives available for expanding this sector of our business
  • Proven track record within property management
  • Excellent time management and task prioritisation
