Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist to support the team providing a professional and friendly welcome to staff and clients. We are looking for someone bright, pro-active and on the ball for this vibrant energetic business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors and provide a professional warm welcome
  • Answer calls and deal with queries and enquiries
  • Record data accurately onto in-house system
  • Take receipt of deliveries
  • Manage a busy inbox and respond to enquiries
  • Replenish and maintain coffee machine and keep the area clean and tidy
  • Any other duties as requested within capability

Key Skills:

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

We are ideally looking for someone with previous reception or front of house experience, you will be smart and well presented with an excellent telephone manner and a professional approach.
