My client are an award winning Firm with offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Legal PA/Secretary to work as part of a well-established team supporting their Fee Earners.

The ideal candidate will have previous Secretarial experience, preferable from a Legal or Professional Services environment.

As a Legal PA/Secretary your duties will include:

  • Preparing documents for fee earners
  • Managing diaries and booking internal/external meetings
  • Booking and arranging travel
  • Digital Dictation
  • Scanning, Copying and Archiving

As a Legal PA/Secretary you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Secretarial experience is essential
  • Ideally previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
