My client are an award winning Firm with offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Legal PA/Secretary to work as part of a well-established team supporting their Fee Earners.
The ideal candidate will have previous Secretarial experience, preferable from a Legal or Professional Services environment.
As a Legal PA/Secretary your duties will include:
- Preparing documents for fee earners
- Managing diaries and booking internal/external meetings
- Booking and arranging travel
- Digital Dictation
- Scanning, Copying and Archiving
As a Legal PA/Secretary you will have the following skills:
- Previous Secretarial experience is essential
- Ideally previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
