Legal PA\\n\\nLeeds City Centre/Hybrid\\n\\n£30,000 – £34,000\\n\\nMy client is a leading UK firm looking for a Senior Legal PA to join their busy team based in Leeds City Centre. The role is supporting a large team and needs somebody who is proactive, highly organised and able to manage several tasks at once.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate must have worked in a similar position before, and would suit those with experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal PA or a PA from a Professional Services environment.\\n\\nAs a Legal PA your duties will include:\\n\\n * Monitoring e-mails for the team and Partners\\n\\n * Comprehensive and proactive diary management\\n\\n * Travel and accommodation management\\n\\n * Organising of meeting and events\\n\\n * Assist the Finance team with all client billing\\n\\n * Assist with all Business Development and events\\n\\nAs a Legal PA you will have the following skills:\\n\\n * Previous experience as PA within Legal or Professional Services is essential\\n\\n * Highly proficient on Microsoft Office\\n\\n * Excellent organisational skills\\n\\n * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines\\n\\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\\n\\nLegal PA |Leeds City Centre/Hybrid | £30,000-£34,000\\n\\nDue to the high volume of CV’s we receive we are unable to respond to all applications.
