My client is looking to expand their Manchester City Centre office and has a new job for an experienced Legal Secretary/PA. The ideal candidate must have worked as a Secretary or PA in a Legal or Professional Services environment.

As a Legal PA your duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and meetings
  • Monthly invoicing and billing
  • Supporting with client files
  • Assisting with financial activities

As a Legal PA you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary is essential
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
