My client is an International Firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join their busy Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Hospitality, Facilities or Administration. The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously and demonstrating their own initiative.
As a Client Services Administrator your duties will include:
- Build and maintain relationships across the business
- Assist with general office maintenance
- Ensure all Health & Safety is adhered to
- Assist with all new starter inductions
- Setting up of any onsite meetings or events
As a Client Services Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in Hospitality or Facilities would be preferred
- Extremely organised and diligent
- Proficient on Microsoft Packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A willingness to learn new skills
Please note: The hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm and 9am – 5pm.
