My client are an award winning Firm with offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to work as part of a well-established team supporting their Fee Earners.
The ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience, preferable from a Legal or Professional Services environment.
As a Junior Legal Secretary your duties will include:
- Preparing documents for fee earners
- Managing diaries and booking meetings
- Booking and arranging travel
- Digital Dictation
- Scanning, Copying and Archiving
As a Junior Legal Secretary you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- Ideally previous experience working within Legal or Professional Services
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
