My client is a global firm seeking a Facilities & Office Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 5-star Customer Service to all clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional Customer Service to all clients
  2. Enhancing the Workplace Experience
  3. Consulting with clients and tailoring requests accordingly
  4. Managing Facilities operations
  5. Coordinating conference and event requests
  6. Building relationships with key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  1. Experience in delivering 5-star client services
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Highly organized with multitasking abilities
  4. Strong problem-solving skills
  5. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards (preferred)
