Excellent opportunity to join this expanding business who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Admjinistrators to join their busy team. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner who are used to handling a high volume of calls.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will include;
- Responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls
- Contacting clients to confirm appointments
- Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone
- Dealing with queries
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
- Managing a busy inbox
- General ad hoc duties within the business to support the team
Key skills required for the Customer Service Administrator will include;
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Experience using CRM systems
