Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist. You will be responsible for covering the main Reception area and providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff. Working 8.30am - 1pm Monday – Friday, 22.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities for Receptionist include:
- Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring the office looks professional at all times
- Issue security / visitors passes
- Manage the meeting rooms, ensuring all meeting rooms are kept clean and well stocked with pens/pads/water
- Support with organisation and set up of meetings for events and displays
- Responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including special delivery
- Provide general admin support including typing, filing and ad hoc duties
- Monitor CCTV activity and report issues to Facilities Manager and Park security
- Raise Facility related Purchase Orders and support Facilities Manager with raising POs for other non-facility departments by request
