Operating nationwide, my client is looking for a confident individual who is able to communicate effectively and build, manage and enhance professional relationships helping drive the business forward.
Job requirements:
- Contact pre-approved potential customers and clients via phone, email or through the CRM.
- Maintain client relationships with regular follow ups.
- Act as the point of contact for existing client queries and understanding client and customer needs.
- Successfully act on all incoming leads into the business.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the clients smooth transition through the business.
