My client is a well-established International Firm based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Team Leader to join and oversee a small close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics who are looking to progress their career.

As a Reprographics Team Leader your duties will include:

  • Management of the team, including handling performance reviews
  • Identifying training needs and areas for development
  • Monitor the workflow and ensure all work is completed within the deadlines
  • Maintain close relationships with key contacts
  • Undertake all printing and scanning requests
  • Ensure all administration for the department is kept up to date

As a Reprographics Team Leader you will have the following skills:
