Our client is looking for a Commercial Director to help take the business to the next phase of their exciting growth plans. It is a broad, creative and hands-on role: as much about building new revenue, structure and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Own the group commercial plan.
- Assist with investment decisions: organic growth, new products or acquisitions.
- Build one integrated go-to-market engine, aligning sales, marketing and partnerships so revenue growth is predictable quarter on quarter.
- Manage each partnership against bespoke objectives agreed per acquisition.
- Stabilise each acquired business first, protecting revenue,clients and team through transition.
- Then drive growth: grow turnover, grow profit and improve the quality of recurring income.
- Set and track the per-deal commercial plan, holding the franchise partner to agreed milestones.
- Feed learnings back into a repeatable integration and partnership playbook across deals.
- Grow franchise sales and partner office numbers, with clear unit economics per office
Partnerships, data and leadership
- Build commercial reporting: pipeline, KPIs, forecasting and division-level P&Lvisibility.
- Establish accountability through clear metricstied to compensation and performance.
- Lead and develop commercial, sales and partnership teams.
- Present commercial performance to the board and investors.
