My client are a national Professional Services Firm based in Manchester City Centre who are looking to expand their support team and recruit a Front of House Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Receptionist or come from a Hospitality, Events or Facilities background. The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously and using their own initiative.
As a Front of House Receptionist your duties will include:
Ensure the Reception area is maintained to a high standard
Meet and greet all visitors and clients
Manage meeting room booking requests, providing refreshments where necessary
Assist with setting up of onsite events
Managing the day-to-day distribution of post
As a Front of House Receptionist you will have the following skills:
Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
Previous experience working within hospitality or guest services is ideal
Highly organised and strong attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
Please note: The hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
