Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team.
You will provide efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive with a can-do attitude to join the team, providing administrative and operational support to the extra care service.
- As an Administrator your duties will include;
- Provide a point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
- Organise meetings and events, including the booking of rooms/venues and the efficient distribution of agendas and minutes.
- Ensure the prompt and efficient distribution of written and electronic mail include writing and typing correspondence and reports.
- Minute meetings as required.
- Develop and maintain efficient and effective office systems, data collection and management processes.
This will include keeping accurate and accessible records in both paper and electronic format.
- Work collaboratively with Head Office departments
- Perform routine administrative tasks for reception or other departments as needed, this will include scanning documents, filing, photocopying and binding.
- Prepare monitoring statistics and reports if required as directed by the Office Manager/ Senior Managers.
- As an Administrator the key skills required include;
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in addressing and escalating issues as needed.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
- Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
This role is an immediate start. It will be starting on a temporary basis with the right candidate having the potential to go permanent.
