Base pay range
$22.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Position Summary
Terrasmart is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and preparing materials for job sites. Ideal candidates are organized, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
- Assist with loading/unloading and processing returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, safe work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift and move materials, and work outdoors in varying conditions
