We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Account Handler or an individual at an early stage of their career to join our Account Handling team, commencing no later than 1st July 2026. This role will be primarily office-based at our head office near Sevenoaks, with the flexibility to work from home one fixed day per week.

With over 28 years of experience, the company supports clients in making informed decisions on insurance tenders, renewals, development projects, and other risk-related matters. Through a client-first approach, we assist organisations in navigating complex insurance and procurement challenges effectively.
Role Description
You will join a dedicated consultancy team supporting Jeremy Flint’s client portfolio, working across a wide range of insurance programmes. This is a varied role combining technical and client-facing responsibilities, including:
- Responding to client queries via phone, email, and MS Teams
- Supporting the delivery of insurance tender projects
- Assisting with day-to-day account management activities
- Attending occasional client meetings and corporate events
- Working collaboratively to deliver high-quality consultancy services
Our clients are based across England and Wales, and occasional travel (including overnight stays) may be required.
About You
This role may be offered at trainee or account handler level, depending on experience. We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Experience in UK general (non-life) insurance, or a strong interest in developing a career in the sector
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in commercial property, liability, or construction insurance (desirable, not essential for trainee applicants)
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Progress towards CII qualifications (preferred), with support available
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to travel to client sites as required (a full UK driving licence is advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary, expected to be in the region of £32,500 depending on experience and level of appointment, with scope to reflect exceptional candidates. Benefits package, including support towards professional qualifications.
