Contract Role - MongoDB SME /Specialist - Swindon/Hybrid - 06 Months Initial - Inside IR35

We are seeking a MongoDB SME to support an enterprise-scale environment, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance, resiliency, and security of the MongoDB platform.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Swindon/Hybrid (2 days onsite a week)
  • Contract Type: Contract
  • Duration: 06 months initially, with high potential for extension

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a MongoDB SME or senior administrator
  • Strong hands-on expertise with MongoDB Ops Manager
  • Deep understanding of capacity planning, resiliency, and security best practices within MongoDB deployments

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments
  • Familiarity with Kafka
  • Banking/Financial Services sector would be a plus but not mandatory requirement
