Finance & Accounting Intern β Chester
Atrium EMEA are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern/Graduate to join an onsite International Statutory Reporting team as an Assistant Accountant. This role is ideal for recent graduates who may have some accounting experience/finance background and are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. PAYE contract for 12-24 months. You will be required onsite 50% in Chester Office.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Assist with the completion of statutory audits
- Support the team with statutory reporting and legal entity processes.
- Help ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Essential:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with statutory and legal entity reporting, is an advantage.
