We are looking for a Saturday Viewings Assistant to join us on a permanent basis based in our Uxbridge office. In this role you can expect to:

  • Conduct property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing various properties to potential buyers.
  • Greet clients warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer potential buyers’ queries, providing accurate information about our properties, including features, amenities and nearby facilities.
  • Collect feedback from potential buyers and communicate it to the appropriate team members to deliver to our vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and self‑motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
