We are looking for a new Saturday Viewings Assistant to join us on a permanent basis based in our Harrow office. In this role you can expect to:
- Conduct property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing various properties to potential buyers.
- Greet clients warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer potential buyers' queries, providing accurate information about our properties, including features, amenities, and nearby facilities.
- Collect feedback from potential buyers and communicate it to the appropriate team members to deliver to our vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.

- Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
