The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Northwood branch as our new Sales Valuer. The main requirements for this role are to have 2-3 years experience carrying out valuations and a proven track record in winning new business. You must have a thorough understanding of the property market and be able to deliver a high level of customer service to our clients.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am to 3pm
What will your day to day look like?
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients
- Conducting valuations and winning instructions for sale
- Developing, motivating and training members of the team
- Increasing market share & supporting business development objectives
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure continued growth
- Maintaining continuous contact with vendors and buyers
