Key Responsibilities

- Support launch days, open house events and developer marketing events, representing the schemes on site.
- Guide buyers through the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange and legal completion.
- Use the office computer system to record appointments, log activity, capture feedback and update developer reports.
- Work towards targets set by manager for viewings booked, reservations, exchanges and FS leads.
- Liaise with developer clients, providing regular updates on activity, viewing numbers, buyer feedback and sales progress.
- Negotiate between developer and buyer to achieve a successful reservation and sale.
- Plot progression to successful exchange and completion, working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and developers.
- Visit sites regularly to stay close to stock, build, finishes and the buyer experience, so every conversation is informed and credible.
- Keep up to date with the local new homes market, competing schemes and pricing across the patch.
Requirements
- A natural relationship builder, comfortable engaging with buyers in person, by email and over the phone.
- Confident on the telephone, with the ability to generate appointments and viewings from the database.
- Proactive and organised, happy to take the initiative and manage your own pipeline of buyers.
- Knowledge of the new homes market, including the ability to discuss specifications, incentives, reservation processes and Help to Buy successor schemes with confidence.
- Comfortable handling multiple developments at once, holding the detail of several schemes in your head and recommending the right one to the right buyer.
