Gibbs Gears Precision Engineers Ltd is a specialist aerospace and precision engineering business, manufacturing high-accuracy gears, splines, shafts and complex machined components for customers in aerospace, defence and high-performance engineering sectors.
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Engineer β Aerospace Industrialisation to support the delivery of aerospace and precision component projects from order launch through to successful production release. This role is suited to someone with an engineering or manufacturing background who wants to develop their career in technical project management, NPI and aerospace industrialisation.
The Role
The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination for assigned projects, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project actions, timings, risks and deliverables are clearly managed. This is not a purely administrative role. The successful candidate will need to understand engineering and manufacturing environments, be comfortable working with technical information, and be confident chasing actions through to completion.
