As our next Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will:
- Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
- Be responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet(s) run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
- Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well‑maintained space.
- Be involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end‑of‑month reporting.
- Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a high‑energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests. Our hotel offers 141 rooms, and a restaurant, bar, room service, conference facilities, gym, sauna and steam room.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one‑night stay for you to experience this first hand.
