Role Summary
The Sales Apprentice will assist the sales and operations team and will provide support through a range of tasks as outlined daily. This is an apprentice position and you will be working towards an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the sales teams to provide support and manage daily order activities.
- Handle queries related to sales in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service to clients.
- Assist with recording data and creating reports.
- Assist the sales team with customer requisitions, sourcing materials and building quotations.
- Liaise with Warehouse.
- Additional or ad-hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
