SALES ASSOCIATE – JOB MISSION
The Sales Associate is an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she is responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensures that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner, ensuring an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the client(s) in the boutique.
- Welcoming customers after the Maison’s sales ceremony
- Providing appropriate support to customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable shopping experience
- Building strong relationships with current and potential customers by keeping them informed about products and services
- Actively participating in customer loyalty and CRM processes according to company standards
- Managing warehouse processes and procedures to ensure proper handling of transfers and returns, as well as inventory control
- Managing treasury processes and procedures (cash receipts, tax refunds, cash management, etc.)
- Communicating feedback gathered during customer interactions and contributing to achieving store sales targets
- Knowledge of English and availability to work during store hours are required
About You
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs.
Team-Player approach and Fluent in English.
