For our Boutique in London - Mount Street we are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate position.
SALES ASSOCIATE - JOB MISSIONThe Sales Associate is an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she is responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensures that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner, ensuring an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the client(s) in the boutique.
- Welcoming customers after the Maison's sales ceremony
- Building strong relationships with current and potential customers by keeping them informed about products and services
- Actively participating in customer loyalty and CRM processes according to company standards
- Managing warehouse processes and procedures to ensure proper handling of transfers and returns, as well as inventory control
- Managing treasury processes and procedures (cash receipts, tax refunds, cash management, etc.)
- Communicating feedback gathered during customer interactions and contributing to achieving store sales targets
Knowledge of English and availability to work during store hours are required. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in luxury Retail; Team-Player approach and Fluent in English.
