Experience from pitch to delivery. Representing Giant Group at industry events, forums and client meetings as a credible and authoritative ambassador for the business. Providing market intelligence and feedback to the CBDO and broader leadership team to inform commercial strategy and product development. Maintaining disciplined use of CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecast accurately and report on business development performance. Supporting the development and execution of the overall enterprise sales strategy in partnership with the CBDO. UK travel and occasional client entertainment as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead new enterprise client acquisition within the recruitment agency sector.
- Cross‑sell Giant’s full range of services to existing enterprise agency clients.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting C‑suite and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Expand Giant’s market share and revenue across the enterprise recruitment market.
- Contribute to the long‑term commercial strategy and growth of the Giant Group.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in senior business development, enterprise sales or strategic account management.
- Proven success winning and growing high‑value enterprise clients.
- Experience engaging, influencing and presenting at C‑suite and board level.
- Strong network and understanding of the recruitment agency sector.
- Track record of selling complex B2B solutions and driving commercial growth.
- Skilled at building long‑term strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience cross‑selling and upselling services within enterprise accounts.
- Strategic thinker with excellent pipeline and CRM management skills.
- Resilient, commercially driven and motivated by achieving results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum + £20‑40k OTE.
- Contract: Permanent.
- Hours: 37 hrs per week, Mon to Fri 9:00‑18:00 with irregular hours depending on business requirements.
- Location: UK travel/Home.
