We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for a long-term industrial project near Southampton. This role will involve a mixture of:
- Electrical maintenance
- Electrical installation works
- Industrial lighting upgrades
- Containment and wiring
- General site electrical works
This is a long-term project with ongoing work secured well beyond Christmas, working on a large industrial facility.
Electrician Duties
- General electrical maintenance across site
- Electrical installation works
- Major lighting upgrade project
- Installation of containment, cabling, and infrastructure
- Fitting lighting fixtures, switches, and controls
- Working safely within a live industrial environment
Rates & Hours
- £32.00 per hour
- 38 hours per week
- £1,216 gross weekly wage before tax
- CIS / Self-Employed payment
Requirements
- ECS / JIB Gold Card Electrician
- Industrial or commercial site experience
- CCNSG Safety Passport (preferred)
Alternative qualifications accepted:
- SMSTS
- SSSTS
- IOSH Managing Safely
- NEBOSH General
Candidates without CCNSG can still apply, with support available to obtain this prior to starting.
