Quantity Surveyors – Bristol & Plymouth
M&E Giants Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor who, due to continued growth and the award of several major frameworks, are looking to recruit two Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on long-term, high-value M&E projects across the South West, including Devonport Dockyard Frameworks, South West Water and other major commercial and infrastructure schemes across Bristol and Wales.

The Role
Working alongside the Commercial Manager and project delivery teams, you'll take commercial responsibility for multiple Mechanical & Electrical projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing project costs from procurement through to final account.
- Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports.
- Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
- Supporting project teams with commercial advice and contractual matters.
- Producing accurate forecasts, budgets and financial reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E, Building Services or Construction sector.
- Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical packages and commercial processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
