M&E Giants Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join a major long-term project at Birmingham Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position working on a high-profile infrastructure project within a busy airport environment. We are particularly keen to speak with Electricians who already hold a valid Birmingham Airport Pass, however applications from experienced Electricians without a pass will also be considered.
Duties:
- Commercial electrical installations
- Power and lighting installations
- Containment systems including tray, trunking and conduit
- First and second fix electrical works
- Cable installation and termination
- Testing and fault finding where required
- Working safely within a live airport environment
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
Requirements:
- JIB Gold Card Essential
- Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Birmingham Airport Pass highly desirable
