Do you thrive on leading high-performing sales teams, building strong relationships and winning new business? At Giant Group, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader to drive new business, grow SME recruitment agency accounts and lead our sales team.
What we offer
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus 55k-60k OTE
- Hours: 37hrs per week, Mon to Fri 9AM -5:30PM
- Location: Uxbridge or Chelmsford

About the role
As the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will have an impact in driving new business acquisition and managing SME recruitment agency accounts, while strengthening Giant’s position within the recruitment sector. Therefore, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sale of the full range of Giant’s services, increasing revenue and profitability across the Group. By ensuring the team targets the right recruitment businesses through effective phone-based and marketing activity, the desired outcome will be to establish Giant as a preferred supplier and build strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and recruitment consultants alike.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Driving new business acquisition and account growth within the SME recruitment agency market.
- Ensuring effective targeting, pipeline management, and use of phone and marketing activity.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within recruitment agencies.
- Monitoring performance metrics, forecasting results, and providing regular reporting and insight to senior management.
About you
Ideally you will have proven experience in inside sales or telesales, ideally within recruitment services, payroll, MSP, or a related B2B environment. You can only excel in this role if you have:
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
- A data-driven mindset, using KPIs and CRM insight to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- High levels of resilience, energy, and accountability in a fast-paced sales environment.
