  • Identifying and targeting enterprise-level recruitment agencies as prospective clients, building a robust and commercially focused new business pipeline.
  • Leading end-to-end business development activity including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation and contract close.
  • Cross-selling and upselling Giant’s full portfolio of services — including contractor payroll, workforce management, screening, and compliance solutions — to existing enterprise agency partners.
  • Building and maintaining high-quality, long-term relationships at C-suite and senior leadership level within target and existing enterprise recruitment agency accounts.
  • Developing a deep understanding of each client’s structure, challenges and growth ambitions in order to design tailored, value-adding propositions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing and Account Management to ensure a seamless client experience from pitch to delivery.

  • Maintaining disciplined use of CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecast accurately and report on business development performance.
  • Supporting the development and execution of the overall enterprise sales strategy in partnership with the CBDO.
  • UK travel and occasional client entertainment as required.

  • Proven success winning and growing high value enterprise clients
  • Experience engaging, influencing and presenting at C suite and board level
  • Strong network and understanding of the recruitment agency sector
  • Track record of selling complex B2B solutions and driving commercial growth
  • Skilled at building long term strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities
