Giacom, a leading platform provider for Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing, is seeking a Business Analyst within the Platform Product Management team to define and orchestrate the evolution of Cloud Market. You will capture business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into use cases and user stories to inform the roadmap.
You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, QA, DevOps and UX to ensure alignment with design and operations while engaging multiple business areas.
