What You'll Be Doing
- Own partner queries end-to-end, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Deliver proactive outreach, helping partners navigate our products and services.
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers on number porting, renewals, and upgrades.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and perform account maintenance tasks.
- Train and upskill partners, including demonstrations of Giacom’s Cloud Market.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Provisioning, Service Desk) to resolve issues.
Your Experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, friendly approach.
- Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
- A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
