Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware, and Billing through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses. We're looking for a Performance Enablement Lead to join our People Development team in a newly created role with real opportunity to shape how performance works at Giacom. You'll play a central role in enabling our managers and leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and high performance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity that will move us beyond traditional performance management into a culture where our people can do their best work, every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and lead our performance enablement framework, aligning individual and team goals to our wider business strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders and People Partners to identify performance gaps and translate these into practical, high-impact solutions.
- Equip managers to lead high-performing teams, embedding best practice in goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance conversations.
- Create scalable tools, resources and programmes that support consistent, high-quality performance across the organisation.
- Use data and insight (engagement, performance, and capability data) to assess impact and continuously improve our approach.
- Support wider change initiatives, ensuring performance expectations are clear, understood, and embedded.
- Act as a trusted expert on performance, capability, and enablement.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in performance enablement, organisational development, L&D, or a related people role.
- Strong expertise in performance management, capability building, and behavioural change.
- Experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- The ability to turn data and insight into practical, engaging solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people grow.
