We're looking for a commercially-minded Partner Account Manager (internally known as a Hardware Sales Specialist) to join our Mobile Hardware Sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in mobile hardware, telecoms or technology sales support who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering an outstanding partner experience.
Working closely with our Hardware Sales Manager, you'll support a growing portfolio of partners, helping them access the right mobile devices and hardware solutions while driving revenue growth across the business.
As a key member of our Mobile Sales team, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for partners, supporting them through the entire sales journey from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional service and support.
- Respond to enquiries around hardware products, pricing, stock availability and order status.
- Prepare accurate quotes and product recommendations across smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs and other IT equipment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services within existing accounts.
- Support partners throughout the ordering process, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Monitor and update partners on order progress and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to maximise partner opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and customer information.
- Support promotional campaigns, partner communications and sales initiatives.
- Produce basic sales and forecasting reports to support business planning.
- Your Experience
- Experience in sales support, account management, customer service or internal sales within a mobile, telecoms or hardware environment.
- Knowledge of mobile hardware products, devices and associated technologies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
- The ability to work proactively, prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A positive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
- Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics a bonus) and Microsoft Office.
