We’re growing and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Connectivity products (including Ethernet, Broadband and All‑IP transformation). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, vendor and competitor landscape, a proven track record of successful senior product management, commercial acumen and the ability to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our product vision, strategy, proposition and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and owning the next stages of our Ethernet and Broadband (Connectivity) product strategy creation and execution, including proposition management, roadmap planning and execution, product line‑up, vendor selection, executive management, reporting, and delivering a brilliant partner product experience.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market opportunities.
  • Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product and proposition roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and dependencies.
  • Management of a team of Broadband, Ethernet, and All‑IP product managers to deliver on objectives.
  • Enhance the product manager team skills and structure to enable high‑quality product delivery, in‑life product management and deliver business growth goals.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with Giacom Partners (Resellers & MSPs), stakeholders, and vendors to gather feedback and insights. Ensure the voice of the customer is central to product development and decision‑making processes.
  • Oversee, alongside your team, the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from ideation, launch, in‑life management and end‑of‑life in line with NPD standards, process, documentation set by Product Heads.
  • Work closely with Giacom platform teams and vendor design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data‑driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Significant experience in product management, with a focus on Connectivity products.
  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches, product lifecycle, and proposition management.
  • Strong understanding of the Connectivity market, including vendor and competitor landscape, product and application, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Leadership and team‑building capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
