We are seeking a high-performing Cloud Sales team member as a Key Account Manager . This hybrid role involves working with a team of field-based managers and reporting to the Cloud Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to own and expand a portfolio of cloud partners—enhancing retention, strengthening relationships, and exploring new revenue streams. This role requires travel to visit partners, attend events, and collaborate with the wider team in our Bristol office. What You\’ll Be Doing Manage and grow a portfolio of 50–60 cloud partner accounts. Increase retention and revenue through relationship development and opportunity identification. Assist partners in cloud adoption and introduce new solutions. Support marketing campaigns and partner enablement activities. Advocate for partners internally and with suppliers to access funding and benefits. Monitor performance, manage pipelines, and report to the Cloud Sales Manager. Participate in industry events and workshops to stay informed. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and review progress regularly. Engage with high-potential accounts for cross-selling and upselling. Promote the use of core cloud offerings and support programs. Your Experience Proven success in channel sales roles. Consistent achievement or surpassing of MRR targets. Excellent customer focus and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented with a focus on sales metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills across stakeholder levels. Self-motivated with proactive account management. Data-driven decision-making skills.
