We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Cloud Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, helping them grow their Cloud business through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic support.
You’ll work closely with top-tier vendors like Microsoft and Acronis, playing a key role in transforming how Cloud solutions are delivered to UK businesses. This desk-based role offers clear progression into a field-based Key Account Manager position.
What You\\\’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing channel partners.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support partner success.
Your Experience
- Proven experience managing a high-volume account portfolio in Cloud Distribution (vendor, distributor, or reseller).
- Strong B2B Account Management background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Tenacious, competitive, and committed to delivering results.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
